By accessing or using the mm7 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between mm7 and the user. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

To open an account on mm7, you must provide accurate information that belongs to you. Each person is allowed one account only.

• Your full name must match your national identity card.
• Your email address and phone number must be active and belong to you.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
• You may be required to submit identification for account verification.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

Mm7 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to open an account or use the platform under any circumstances.

• You must provide your correct date of birth during registration.
• If a verification check confirms an age restriction violation, the account will be closed.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for restricting their children's access to the platform.

Deposits and withdrawals on mm7 can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (subject to change).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method.
• Mm7 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

Mm7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before claiming.

• The Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated separately.
• Each user may claim each bonus no more than once.
• A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance will be converted to cash balance only after the conditions are met.
• Mm7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Mm7 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not addiction — which is why we provide multiple tools to help keep our users in control.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Block yourself for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period: take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Keep your gaming session tracker turned on.
• Seek professional help for problem gambling.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm7 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Hacking or abusing the bonus system.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• Any form of fraud against the platform.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to play.

Mm7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during verification.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• At the user's own request.
• Extended inactivity on the account (12+ months).

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Protecting your personal data is mm7's top priority. Our privacy policy follows GDPR and international data protection standards.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is stored with AES-256 encryption.
• Documents submitted for verification are kept securely.
• Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.

Mm7 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
